Terms of Service
Pixel Flow Terms of Service.
Published: Feb 25, 2026. Last updated: May 24, 2026.
1. Tool Usage & Copyright
Pixel Flow is a technical tool only. Except for temporary transmission, caching, or external-service processing initiated by you, we do not host, publish, or provide image content.
Users are solely responsible for the content they collect. You must comply with the target website's terms, robots or access restrictions, privacy rules, publicity rights, trademark rules, and copyright laws. You must not use Pixel Flow to collect, copy, download, export, redistribute, sell, or process content when you do not have the necessary rights or permissions. We are not liable for any infringement, breach of contract, privacy violation, or other dispute caused by your use of the tool.
2. AI Disclaimer
AI-generated results, AIGC parameters, copyright-risk indicators, GPS labels, software labels, metadata inferences, and image-type tags are probabilistic or metadata-based and provided for reference only. They are not legal advice, ownership verification, authorship verification, or a final authenticity determination. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any professional decision.
3. Data & Sync
Since data is stored locally, clearing browser data or uninstalling the extension may result in data loss. The sync feature is not a cloud backup for raw image files; we are not responsible for data recovery.
Backup packages, exports, downloaded files, and Excel metadata reports are created at your request and may contain image files, URLs, account ownership metadata, tags, and other source information. You are responsible for reviewing those files before sharing them and for complying with any confidentiality, privacy, and intellectual property obligations that apply to the underlying content.
4. Reverse Search and External Services
When you use Google reverse image search or related external features, image URLs or temporary image copies may be sent to Google and to infrastructure providers used to create a search URL. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to submit that content to third-party services, and those services may apply their own terms and policies.
5. PRO Subscription
Creator PRO is a digital service. Once activated, it is generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or the relevant payment provider policy. Plan availability, discounts, redemption codes, invitation rewards, and PRO entitlement duration may be verified and adjusted by backend records. For renewal cancellation, one-time passes, and refund requests, review the refunds and cancellation policy.
Payment processing, taxes, receipts, subscription management, and eligible payment-related returns may be handled by the active payment provider, depending on the payment channel available at checkout.
6. Availability and Limitation of Liability
Pixel Flow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every website or browser version, successful downloads, successful exports, or continued availability of third-party services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or data-loss damages arising from your use of Pixel Flow.
