1. Before Purchase

Pixel Flow PRO is a digital service. Before purchase, please review the plan type, price, discount, billing cycle, auto-renewal status, and available features. The active checkout page shows the final amount, taxes, and payment terms before you pay.

Pixel Flow purchases are processed through the active payment provider. The payment provider may provide receipts, payment support, subscription management links, and required payment-channel handling.

2. Cancelling Auto-Renewing Plans

If you bought an auto-renewing plan, you can cancel future renewals through the receipt or subscription management link provided by the active payment provider, or by contacting Pixel Flow support. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund the current paid period, and PRO access usually remains active until the end of that period.

3. One-Time PRO Passes

One-time PRO passes do not renew automatically. PRO access stops automatically when the pass expires unless you buy another pass or subscription.

4. Refund Rules

Once PRO access has been activated, purchases are generally non-refundable. We may review refund requests for duplicate charges, clear technical activation failures, mistaken plan purchases, or cases where applicable law or payment provider policy requires a refund. Refund approval depends on order status, usage, the active payment provider rules, and applicable law. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law; where applicable law or a payment channel requires different handling, those requirements apply.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Email support@joinpixelflow.com with your sign-in email, order or transaction ID, purchase time, plan name, and the reason for the refund or cancellation request. Do not send passwords, verification codes, card numbers, or full payment card details.

6. Processing Time

We will review your request as soon as possible. If a refund is approved, the time for funds to arrive depends on the active payment provider, payment method, and the card issuer or bank.
